Marcus was born and bred in Lancashire, where they know a thing or two about good food, and there is a particular dish that they gifted to the British canon: Lancashire hotpot. Can the French persuade Marcus there's a local lamb dish to rival his beloved hotpot, and can Provençal lamb top what we get in the UK? To find out, Marcus visits a local chef who shows him his signature lamb burger.
